Adrian's grave is the grave and final resting place of Adrian Balboa after dying of ovarian cancer on the eleventh of January, 2002. Her husband, Rocky Balboa, visited the grave every few days, along with other monuments that meant a lot to Rocky, like Paulie's grave.
