Salvador Martínez (born July 16, 1949) was a Cuban professional boxer who competed during the 1970s until an unknown time. He competed in the Heavyweight Division and was the Cuban Heavyweight Champion. He is a playable character in Rocky Legends.

Salvador Martínez (born July 16, 1949) was born and raised in Havana, Cuba. He competed in the Heavyweight Division for several years and was able to capture the Cuban Heavyweight Championship. Despite his success in Cuba, Martínez was never able to capture the Heavyweight Championship on the American stage. It is unknown what Martínez's professional boxing record was.
During his prime, Martínez was described as an explosive boxer with a fiery temper, he was always very focused and tight in the ring, never switching off. He had good power and speed, making him a tough opponent.[1]
