Segway Man is considered to be one of the toughest opponents on Ivan Drago: Justice Enforcer. He is a businessman riding a Segway vehicle, which he can control and use to roll over Ivan Drago. The only way to stop him is to punch him while he is coming at you. He shows disrespect to Drago by talking on a cell phone while attacking.
